Believe it or not, a little bit of elbow grease goes a long way! Simply scrub nails with a nail brush (available at any beauty supply store for under $2) or even an old toothbrush works great! I prefer scrubbing nails and toenails with antibacterial soap to get rid of any bacteria that may be hiding under the nails or even try (Tom’s) whiting toothpaste. They’ll look great and will instantly have you feeling more confident. - Jenna Hipp

For many women in America, as well as around the world, manicures and pedicures serve not only as part of a personal grooming regimen but as a way of demonstrating personal style. For Jenna Hipp, a celebrity nail stylist based in Hollywood with a green philosophy and a client list ranging from Michelle Williams to Jessica Alba, nail care and aesthetics is an art that should be carried out utilizing materials unlikely to be hazardous to clients. As the head of Nailing Hollywood, an agency that looks for nail artists on the rise, Ms. Hipp has carved out her own unique place in the manicure/pedicure industry. And she’s got the magazine covers to prove it.
In this CYInterview, you will gain some interesting insights into nail care and aesthetics, in addition to hearing some tidbits about Jenna’s celebrity clients. You can read the highlights and listen to our conversation in its entirety below:

A little behind the scenes with Jenna Hipp

One of Miley’s favorite manicurists has come out with her own collection of polishes that Miley just can’t get enough of!
Miley Cyrus Tweeted a photo of her nude manicure, attributing the shade to green celebrity nail stylist Jenna Hipp: “I am soooo obsessed with @jennahipp nail foundations! It looks so chic and classic!” Miley is referring to the new HIPP X RGB Nail Tints, a collaboration between Jenna and RGB polishes. The polishes are supposed to be like a tinted moisturizer or foundation, but for your nails. This takes the concept of nude nails a step further by actually matching your skin tone to your polish shade.
At the March 24 Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night XVIII, Miley was still wearing the same manicure that she revealed in her Twitter picture. The polish is very understated and her peachy dress goes perfectly with her bronzed dewy glow.
Would you wear nail foundation?
